Ghost Bus Tour Review

The most popular Ghost Bus Tour in London takes you through some of the most haunted parts of the City, here’s what we thought of the experience.

By Ellie-Louise Style, L.L and Neil Kisserli

This is one of London’s most popular ghost tours in London, according to trip adviser, so I went to see if they was right!

To begin with there was a ghostly atmosphere as soon as you got on the bus, not just from the live actors, but from how the entire bus was decorated from the inside to the out. The red draped curtains and the flickering table lights really gave you that eerie feeling.

The tour bus travels round most of central London, including all the tourist hotspots, like Trafalgar Square, The Houses of Parliament and London Bridge. One thing I must say about this tour is that it’s really nice that it goes to the southern part of the capital, as most tours tend to just stay around the more central parts.

Another positive about the tour is that you certainly do not get achy legs like you can sometimes get from walking around on other tours. And it’s very nice not to have to stand in the freezing cold, as you would have probably heard about Britain’s bit of snow recently.

One of the best factors about this tour has to be the live actors and actresses, they really create a great humorous atmosphere when you’re being told some of the most frightening stories. Not only this, but they also share with you one of the ghost stories that started on the Ghost Bus Tour, and with their superb acting skills they make you think that the ghost of the old woman is still on board with you.

The Ghost Bus Tour tells you many ghost stories on board, as well as giving you the chance to hear a bit of London’s gruesome history as well. One thing that was disappointing about this tour is that I wish it could have lasted longer.
